About this project
This project is located in Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Our scope for the project included a front and rear facade restoration, an addition of an entirely new Penthouse on top of the existing building, and a complete interior gut rehab with design of new interiors for a modern single family residence. A private elevator was added from the cellar to the 5th floor, and the cellar was also excavated to provide a full height space with completely new utilities and storage rooms. The existing building was occupied for decades by a 1-family townhouse with a separate private doctor’s practice. We combined the two units and created a single magnificent townhouse throughout the entire building.
